Terms and Conditions

Payment: WeI prefer PayPal but will accept business checks, money orders, cashiers checks or EFT(wire) in USD.  I will ship upon receipt of PayPal payments or after other payments have cleared and been verified.   The payment of cost and shipping will be required before shipment, unless other arrangements are made.  The payment of the cost of shipping supplies will be billed later with copies of receipts furnished.

Shipping
We ship worldwide from Oklahoma. We prefer USPS or DHL but will use any locally accessible service you want.  I will use your account number or ship FOD if the shipping company accepts.   If you have any other shipping requests, just contact us and if it is possible we will do it. Please call if using a shipping service other than the ones listed. Standard order processing is 1-3 business days. Rush service is our standard. If you need part of your order immediately, let us know and we will pack and ship it first.  We will combine multiple orders to reduce shipping fees or split orders to different locations when requested. All shipments are insured using the shippers insurance. All items are packed and padded in shipping cartons for protection. You will be charged the actual shipping charges plus the actual cost of supplies for safe shipping.  Receipt for supplies will be furnished upon request.

Warrantee:   Items are warranted for 30 days unless noted otherwise.  I will refund purchase price upon return, but you will be responsible for shipping both ways.    

Return and Warranty Policy
Items noted as having a warranty are warranted for 30 days.  If an item is not specifically warranted, then it has no warranty and will not be accepted for return unless it is misrepresented in our description. If you need to make a warranty return claim please contact us  to make arrangements.  We don't charge a restocking fee, but you will be responsible for postage both ways.
