This item is not warranted.   Powers up with a loud noise. I don't think it is the fan and may be the tape. The tape does not eject. Tape is installed (Photo 5), but the message "Insert P190 Program Tape" is on the screen upon power up (Photo 7). Black spots (possibly mold) on the inside of monitor (Photos 1 and 7). It is obviously used but no signs of abuse.  Comes with long data cord (Photo 8).
